How big are the paper maps

How big is the canvas?
It's 146 x 86 cm (57" x 34") - huge!

How big are the towels?They're 170 x 90 cm (67" x 36") - even huger! Microfiber & eco-friendly.

Does the canvas come framed?
No, it comes rolled in a tube. But you can buy a canvas frame here. You'll get everything you need to get a beautifully framed canvas, including a detailed guide! All you need is a stapler and good energy! Check out the canvas frame here.

Do you know where I can get a frame for my paper map?
You can get our sustainable oak hanging frames here. Made in the heart of Berlin, they work like a clamp to perfectly frame your paper map.

How do I wash the towel?
Just follow our washing and care instructions, it couldn't be easier to make the most out of your towel - click here to download.

How do I assemble the canvas frame?
You should've received an email with your canvas frame manual. If you didn't get it, you can download it here.

Can I customize my map or add a personalized gift note
You can't add a gift note, but you can customize any of our canvas maps on request and add an illustration of your choice. Get in touch for more info!

How much does shipping cost?
Depends where you are in the world! You can see prices adjusted based on where you want the map shipped and also opt for faster, Express shipping options at checkout.

Can I have the map shipped to a different address?
Yes, you can choose a shipping address during checkout. We don’t add any receipts to the tube. We send the receipt via email to the buyer’s email address.

Where can I find my tracking ID?
If your order has been shipped tracked you'll receive a tracking ID with your order confirmation email. Please check your spam folder just in case. If you cannot find anything, please contact us.

How long does my order take to get here?
Depends where you are in the world! We ship all our US & Canada orders from Utah and most of our Australia & NZ orders from Victoria. All our European and rest of world orders are shipped from Berlin, Germany. Shipping times depend on where you are in the world and you can see the shipping options and shipping times during checkout adjusted for where you want your products shipped.
