We’re a small, independent company and we try to be as transparent and honest as possible, especially during busy periods like the holiday season.
Shipping during peak times (November–December) can be unpredictable, and while we wish we could ship everything express like Amazon, we unfortunately don’t have the same shipping rates, infrastructure, or leverage with carriers.
Below you’ll find the most realistic and honest shipping guidance we can give, based on the information provided to us by our production partners and shipping carriers.

A Note on Delays & Expectations
Shipping has honestly been a challenge this year, not just for customers, but for us as well.
We pass on orders to production and carriers immediately. From that point on, delivery is handled by third-party shipping partners. During peak season, delays can still occur despite everyone’s best efforts.
If your order doesn’t arrive exactly when hoped, we kindly ask for a bit of understanding. Please reach out to us and we’ll always do our best to look into your specific case and find a fair solution together.
Missed Scans & Tracking Updates
During peak season, we’re seeing a higher number of missed or delayed tracking scans.
This can result in tracking statuses such as “Label created” or “Waiting for item to be handed over” remaining unchanged for longer than usual.
In many cases, this does not mean your order hasn’t been handed over. We frequently see shipments remain unscanned for days and then suddenly update, or even get delivered, within 24 hours.
We actively try to follow up with carriers in these cases, but as a small business we unfortunately don’t have the same level of access or real-time insight as large platforms like Amazon. We truly appreciate your patience while tracking catches up.
